Do you have a baptismal certificate?

It won't hurt to bring with you to your interview.

You don't need a baptismal certificate for the K-1 interview. It wouldn't hurt to bring it, but I doubt they will ask for it given it is not in the requirements listed. What is the problem with your birth certificate being late registered? Does NSO have a copy from the LCR? The CO wants an NSO copy of the birth certificate. I am not sure there is a way around this.

I don't think they will ask for your baptismal certificate. I did not have one and never had one in my hand. I was late registered too and so is my daughter and never had a problem with the paper works. As long as you can provide the authenticated Birth Certificate from NSO then you will be fine.

 Yes, you need an NSO birth certificate copy. That's it. You can get the K-1 instructions for the Manila US Embassy from the link in my signature. It has all the required forms you will need for your interview. NSO copy of birth certificate. A baptismal certificate will not replace this and is NOT listed as a required document.
