Hi everyone..im planning to bring my 2 kids here in US soon..They will have their personal appearqance in embassy 2nd week of sept..im just confused with the documents they need to bring in Philippine embassy.everytime i call embassy they keep on telling me that documents will be the same with k1.do they need the affidavit of support too?thank you

Proof of payment( BPI Bank)

Passport

DS 156

DS 157

Birth Certificate

Affidavit of support

Medical exam from St Lukes...

oh okay..thank you so much for your reply..so helpful..i tried to asked our attorney who processed my k1 and AOS but he wants us to pay him $500 before he will give us info about the requirements of k2 .Lawrence Holmes immigration Law office

w2 is different from affidavit of support, you can download the form I 134 from this site and filled it up... Just bring the recent w2 of the petitioner...

After getting the visa dont forget CFO sticker....
