Hey, I'm turning here because I simply can’t figure out the most accurate/correct way to fill out the paperwork. These questions are driving me crazy and it could be pretty daunting. I need some help in filling out some of the forms and have some basic questions hopping that someone here can give me some good direction as i dont want to screw this up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

REGARDING THE I130:

Part C: / Question 1:

-It asks for the relative’s Middle name.

What should i do i the event that her middle name is on her Birth Certificate but not on her Passport or Drivers Licenses? Do I put it, or not?

Part C: / Question 17:

It says "List Husband/Wife and all children of your relative"

Since i am her husband, do i list myself in this section?

REGARDING THE I864:

Part 1: / Question 1:

I am not sure which box to check. A, D, or E. I am the Petitioner and I will need a joint Sponsor.

Part 3: / Question 8:

Do i check both question 8 and the box "YES"

Part 5: / Question 21:

In my house, it’s just me and my wife. If I follow the instructions on the form i end up with a household size of 3. I feel like i am doing something wrong here. Should it be 1 or 2? Under “a”, i list my wife (1). Under “b”. is myself (1). The question is about "C" - do i leave blank or put "1"?

Part 6: / Question 23:

It asks annual income.

How do I calculate this if my salary is commission based?

REGARDING THE G325A:

General Questions:

- How important is work history, because honestly i can’t remember 3 jobs back.

- It says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for;" What do I put here? for me and what do i put here for her?

i hope someone can help me out with these. These questions are either really complicated or im complicating them on my own for no reason.

Since i am her husband, do i list myself in this section? >> Yes, you list yourself as her husband

REGARDING THE I864:

Part 5: / Question 21:

In my house, it’s just me and my wife. If I follow the instructions on the form i end up with a household size of 3. I feel like i am doing something wrong here. Should it be 1 or 2? Under “a”, i list my wife (1). Under “b”. is myself (1). The question is about "C" - do i leave blank or put "1"?

>> 21a = 1 for your wife, she's being sponsored 21 b = 1 for you 21c = 0 21 h should total 2

Part 6: / Question 23:

It asks annual income.

How do I calculate this if my salary is commission based? >> I'm not sure, others will chime in..

REGARDING THE G325A:

General Questions:

- How important is work history, because honestly i can’t remember 3 jobs back.

>>pull the info from past taxes, it's needed

- It says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for;" What do I put here? for me and what do i put here for her? >> Status as Permanent Resident

i hope someone can help me out with these. These questions are either really complicated or im complicating them on my own for no reason.

These forms can drive you bonkers...

As far as the annual salary question - since you work on commission I suggest you calculate your monthly salary average for Jan through Jul, multiply that figure by 5 to calculate what you project to make for Aug through Dec.

Take the total salary earned for Jan through Jul + the estimated monthly salary for Aug through Dec and that = estimated annual salary. Hopefully that made sense.
