US Consulate in Mumbai recently posted an interview schedule for September on its website. They have 1344 interviews for month of August but they only have 770 interviews scheduled for September so far. Do they not schedule any more interviews once they release the interview schedule?

I have little breakdown of interviews by date for September below.

Looking at the breakdown, It seems like they would add September interviews because there are few working days when they do not have any scheduled interviews or too few for several days.

Will they add some more interviews for September?

I think they will update it this week.

Look at these two people timeline. They are scheduled for the Mumbai interview in the last week in September (as per their timeline). This itself is an evidence that Mumbai Consulate will definitely place an updated appointment schedule for September in their website. If all the slots are allocated for September or Still some more left?

Yes u r right..they usually post at beginning of month and then they update the same list by adding more Interviews in the end of month...so they will update this list..Just wait for some more days...

My case was completed as of today. I hope I can secure a slot for September Interview.

From what I have noticed if your case gets completed in or after middle of the month than you do not get interview in the next month, but than it gets pushed out by another month like in your case it might be November.

If ones case gets completed by beginning of the month than the chances of getting the interview in next month are very high.
