My Fiance just sent me the G-325 and he is currently working in the UK PART-TIME but a FULL-TIME student so he never had to work in his home country just school (student) the only job listed is the one he has only had in the UK... the rest he left blank so how would you suggest to go about that... Should he list all the schools he has attended since High School till now in that Employment section and put student to cover the rest of the (5year) requirement under Occupation? It would suck if he has to do this over he just sent it to me... crying.gif

Also on my end I've been on and off employed because of school and relocating to another state because of school and my last employer put me on leave for my father's death... I'm not sure how I would go about filling in those gaps or again putting UNEMPLOYED STUDENT but the leave of absence and not all my jobs have been too long because they've been through staffing agencies well the last too so those assignments recently ended put I'm getting interviews as we speak!

I would appreciate any suggestion or advice. I will definitely need a sponsor but I'm not sure if I will receive a RFE because of those gaps or not filling it in correctly... before I am required to show pay stubs and sponsorship paper work which by then I pray I am employed FULL-TIME PERMANENT.

When I was a student I wrote "student" and the institution. I changed universities a few times but only listed 2.

Student or the occupation is fine I believe for your fiance.

I know someone that was just a student and put "unemployed" for the 5 years and was fine :)

If you want to be extra safe list everything. But I honestly believe you should be fine.

You know on any form where it ask for middle name He or I don't have one is it okay to put (NONE) with parenthesis or leave blank? I pay attention to all the details that I might be over thinking things but it gets me nervous to get any little thing wrong or how they exactly want it.

Thank you for your help!

Just none on it's own is fine. Anything that is not applicable to you is none or NA.

No where on the G-325 does it ask for education information. You have to follow the guidelines and directions as stated on the form. This form is used during the interview process and he will be asked questions off of it, as well as his AOS interview in the USA. If he had a job then say so, if he didn't then only write UNEMPLOYED its that simple. The G325 is a very simple form and specifically asks for last 5 years of residence, and last 5 years of employment.

Well I am confused because in the RFE MASTER LIST THAT IS PINNED it says to fill in the gap with school and work

my fiance has only had one job he was always a full time student so how will i fill in the blank of the rest of 5 years just put unemployed?

I have people telling me different things.

Well... I used my school as I said and we were approved (had our NOA2) :) in all honesty, I believe you're making a bigger deal out of this than it has to be.

Use your school, use your part time job so, when you didn't have a job but just went to school, write unemployed... It's not that important (in my honest opinion as long as you know what yyou said). Do what YOU think is best or follow the advice of someone who was actually approved!

Edit: If in severe doubt list EVERYTHING!
