Our joint sponsor has combined her income with her husband to meet the required amount stated in poverty guideline. The total income is 45k usd for 5 household including me.

In i-864, our joint sponsor put "I am only the joint sponsor" in Part 1.

Is that correct? because I got confused that her husband can also be my sponsor since they have combined their income.

I am confused between " I am only the joint sponsor" or "I am the first or second of the two joint sponsors"

Which is correct?

I do not know where you got your figure from for 5 people. If you look below you will see the correct figure used.
