Hi all,

I know this question has been asked many times but my situation is a little bit complicated.

I'm from South Korea but I've been in Canada for about 3 yrs to study. but currently I'm not in school anymore (I dropped out)

I'm planning to visit my boyfriend tomorrow and I got a flight ticket, leaving in early October.

My boyfriend is picking me up so my flight ticket route is US -> KOREA -> US (because I need to come back to US anyways to get married)

I have papers to prove them a flight ticket and NOA1

I have not been in Korea for 3 years so of course I don't have any proofs or strong ties from Korea.

My question is In my case, would I be okay? even I only have 2 papers to prove? and leaving in October?

and one more, should I tell them I'm in the process of K1 visa right now? or just wait until they ask about it? (if theres possibility that they are asking me about it)

thank you!
