Hi everyone, this is my case. I am going in for a medical test on Monday and Tuesday, July 30 and 31. After that I am going to CFO for the Guidance Counseling since I can not register yet because I don't have my visa yet. Now, I am a little bit confused about which documents should be the originals and which ones should be photocopy. Also, what are the "other" documents requested for the GC aside from the Philippine citizen's passport, birth certificate, cenomar and parental advice to marry? Is a divorce decree needed to be original copy? Lastly, I only have one parent sign my parental advise to marry coz my mom is not in the country? Will CFO make a fuss out of that? Please help me out.
