Issues with Birth certificate

So I sorted out the Birth certificate issue with the school. I have my original Birth certificate with me now. There are three issues with the birth certificate:

1. First Name is different: I got it changed when I was 6. I have passport in the old name also which got cancelled once I changed my name and I got a new one. I have school records in both names, newspaper announcement, even a copy of the application and affadavits that my parents submitted. The only problem is in the I-129F my fiance already sent I dont specify it in Other names used because none of my documents he submitted use that name. Will this be an issue when I show up with my Birth certificate name being different?

2. My mom's name is not mentioned. Will this be a problem? Her name is mentioned in all my passports, School records, even report cards.

3. My dad's name is initialed. They have initialed his first and middle name and kept the full last name though. Again, his full name is on all my passports, school records etc.

Please help. Because I'm not even sure if I can get a new one with both names now because that might not be in thier records.
