Received Request for initial evidence on my I 485 cause I don't meet the poverty guidelines was short 31 dollars!!! That"s all, Now I filed as a couple with my wife as a couple and exceeds the 2012 poverty level of $18,912 and totals to $27,736 for our 2011 tax returns, before I filed a 2010 tax returns was married in Feb 19 2012 and my fiscal year end is Feb 29 so I was able to update my tax returns, and I just checked my status online and they sent another Request for Evidence. Would anybody know why? I will post it as soon as I get it in the mail. (Wife is a Canadian came to the US on a K1 visa to marry) My organization is a IRS Recognized 501 (d) organization the generates the income and holds the assets. There are no W2s.
