I need to know EXACTLY who to send this letter to for our extension request.

Please someone help us!!!

I cannot not find anything. The only thing I keep reading is to send it to the consulate officer or embassy. Which embassy??? or consulate officer. I need a specific address. I can't find it anywhere.

My fiance is living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

I'm from Connecticut, U.S.

I need to know exactly where to send, Here in the U.S.? or to his country.

We called the London embassy to ask this. The woman there gave my fiance an email address and code to explain our circumstances. We received a reply to the email telling us what we need to do to extend the petition after NOA2. This was our email from them. Doesn't say a whole lot, but at least they have notification that we contacted them regarding this matter and we know what to do. The woman he spoke with on the phone gave him the exact address for where to send the letter. Give your fiance's embassy a call, they should help. Good luck!

Thank you for your email.

If your children’s custody has not been resolved within the 4 month validity of your fiancé petition, your fiancée may submit a letter or statement, confirming that you still intend to marry and that you will do so within 90 days of your initial entry to the United States.

Alternatively, you could go ahead with your K-1 application and your children could be listed as “Follow to Join” applicants, provided that they will be issued K-2 visas within one year of your being issued the K-1 visa.

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

Initially filed for K1 visa - Feb 23 2012

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we've abandoned this application

We married on Aug 24, 2013 in a small ceremony in MA

We'll be applying for a CR1 / IR1 visa as soon as we are able
