Hi Vj members,

10 days left and it is going to be my interview. I hope I have everything I need and praying that everything will go on smoothly. OMG I am so nervous even just thinking about it LOL. Here are the docs I have:

1. FORM DS-230(filled and signed sec.#35 page 2 of 4)- 1 COPY

2. FORM DS-156 (filled and signed sec.#41 page 2 of 2)- 2 COPIES {oh I had to do it 3 times, got a mistake in filling up and got it right on the 3rd time hope it wont be a problem.}

3. FORM DS-157 (filled not signed)- 1 COPY

4. FORM DS-156K (filled and to be signed in the embassy)- 1 COPY

4a. Docs attached in DS-156K:

>photocopy of my birth certificate

>photocopy of certificate of No Marriage

>photocopy of police clearance certificate

>photocopy of NBI clearance

>original and signed FORM I-134 by my fiance

Docs attached in FORM I-134:

>>(original)salary stubs (Mar-May)

>>(original)letter of employment

>>(original) current bank statement from May-June

>>photocopy of form 1040 and W-2 (2009,2010,2011)

>>photocopy of house title

>our convo on how we get into decision to get married--- EVIDENCE OF ENGAGEMENT? (there were no formal proposal/engagement yet, but my fiance just bought

the engagement and wedding ring.)

5. Fiance letter of intent (one signed by me and other one signed by him)--- DO I NEED TO SIGN it too?

6. RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCES:

>my fiance passport copy with stamps

>hotel receipts

>recent chats/emails

>photos and recent photos while chatting

7. Passport size 2x2 photos 5 copies (taken May 2012)--- is this ok?

8. Wedding dress and ring receipts

9. Medical exam result and vaccine record

{I WILL GIVE THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE DS FORMS}

IS THERE ANYTHING I MISSED?

PLEASE ANYONE? CAN ANSWER MY QUERIES WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

Im just getting started, Good Luck, I hope others that have been through the Interview reply. I would like to see what they say :thumbs:

06/2012 - met in person & engaged smile.png
08/2012 - Mailed I-129F
08/30/12 - NOA1
04/18/13 - NOA2

07/02/13 - Interview (Denied "not convinced" New Delhi)

Going to try again in his home country
