To all visa journey

I need help regarding on this matter. My father in law is willing to help us in our i-864 affidavit of support to be our join sponsor. He gave his federal tax form 1040 2011 and w2 2011 and recent pay stub. I am confuse because he filed his tax last 2011 married filed tax jointly but last month he was separated from his wife and living alone with new address. How we compute his individual earning listed on w2 2011 and plus he got SSS benefits showing on his federal tax return line 20a and line 20b. And my father in law wants to erase the information on federal tax return 2011 of her ex wife that they filed tax jointly. They don't have divorce decree yet because they just recently separated. I see on his w2 2011 stages, wages and tip. etc. the total was $20,608.12 and on the federal income tax 1040 line 20a 19,109 and 20b taxable amount 16, 243. Can you help me regarding this matter how we can compute his individual annual income?

And is it okay if we erase the SSS info and name and address in the federal tax return 2011 because that's what my father in law wants because he don't like his ex wife involved with this matter since they are separated. And he wants to put on 2011 federal tax return his new address not there address together. Please help me.
