I have a question..When I filed my IR-1/CR-1 visa, I didn't put in my package a "Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage". My pakage only icnlude:

Payment required for the visa, Form I-130, Proof of my naturalization and residency, Our marriage certificate, Form G-325A (mine and my wife),

Passport photo , my ITR and my mom's ITR and Joint sponsor for affidavit of Support(Form I-864). Is it ok If I didn't include any Evidence of a Bonifide Marriage?

Because the time that I applied and pass my requirement,I have n ide about VJ so I wasn't able to see the Guides. Hope to hear from you guys! Thank you!

The marriage certificate itself is already proof of bona fide marriage. Photos, chatlogs, call logs are secondary evidence. My husband sent only the bare minimum for evidence of relationship - only our marriage certificate and our child's birth certificate - and we are already waiting to be assigned an interview date.

And oh, the affidavit of support documents are NOT needed at the USCIS stage. You will need to submit those to NVC, when your petition gets approved.
