Hi, any help is greatly appreciated. I apologize if the following questions was already answered.

Background: I am an American who is married to a Spanish citizen. I have been living here in Spain with my husband for 13 months now. It is my full intent to head back to the United States upon approval of my husband’s immigrant visa which will hopefully be this Summer. My sister is living in my home (I pay all the bills) which is located in Texas. She cares for my two dogs, mail etc.

1. My first question is what would be my Country of Domicile? U.S. or Spain?

2. In reference to Part 4, Item 12 (Mailing Address) of I-864, what would I put for my mailing address? Most of my mail goes to my U.S. address, but occassionaly I do receive post cards to my address in Spain.

3. In reference to Part 4, Item 13 (Place of Residence) of I-864? Is this where I am currently residing (Spain) even if temporary? Or should I put down my address in the U.S. since I have a home which I am currently maintaining?

Thank you so much!!
