If I have moved since our original I-129f has been submitted, and my fiancé has just received the NOA2 notice....how does the NVC contact me? By mail? ..I do have a forwarding address with Canada post.

I think you need to call the NVC to inform them of your address change. You should also email the Embassy in Vancouver to let them know your address changed so they send P3 to the right address. You could also ask them to email you P3 once they receive everything from the NVC!
