Paying fees N-600k abroad

Hello,

I just sing in to ask some questions. Can someone help me....I have just some questions and cant find the answers.

1)I live in São Paulo, Brasil and I have filled two forms N-600-K for my kids. One with 16 and another with 13 years.

I must pay U$ 600 for each kid but I cant pay it in a check or money order because it must be a check drawn on a bank located in the USA (I m in Brasil). I went to the Citibank in São Paulo and they gave the information that To do a money order I need the swift code and ABA code that I didnt have. In the N-600K instrution they said: contact the nearest US Embassy or Consulate for instructions on the method of payment. I phoned São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro US consulate and they said they havent this information. I went to São Paulo consulate and they said I cant made the payment via Consulate and they dont have information about this kind of payment. I must take more information with USA. Can someone give me more informations...

I have to pay it before sending the pappers or not....

2)Can I send the Forms (for my two kids) in the same envelope.... If I need to put them in two distinct envelopes will I have both appointments in the same day....

3) I m not official married with my partner. We lived now for 18 years together and have this two children. When I filled in the form Part 4. H - Marital History. they ask how many times I m married.

If I answer Zero, I cant fill the father name in item 2. or put his name in another place

If I answer ONE, I haven t documents to prove it,or a marriage date . If some one can help me I thanks a lot.Marlene
