Dear All,

i am a conditional permanent resident since 14th Feb 2012 and applying for Naturalization under INA section 319b spouse of a employee of U.S company contracted with U.S Defense in kuwait. my question is where do i file my N-400 application?

First question to answer to ensure you can apply under 319(b) and something you will need is writing, is that the company your husband works for is at least 51% American owned and it's headquarters are in the US. I filed under 319(b) in Nebraska, but another March 2012 poster filed in Phoenix and he got his case handled much better than I did, so I would go with Phoenix.
