Ok if you glance at my timeline I filed I130 for my wife in Philippines in June. I filed I129 in July yet still no second NoA for I129.

But I just sent in the Proof of Support fee for the I130 to Dept of State and we have a case number for our I130. Which should I plan on using to get my wife here? We know the pros and cons of each and we just prefer to have her here the fastest.

How long now is everyones best guess for the I130 petition?

thanks

tom

Filed: Other Timeline

just keep moving along with the process with the I-130, in the end that is the "best" visa to get, and if its already approved and the I-129F is not, the K3 obviously isnt always the fastest.

I honestly do think that USCIS will eventually phase out the K3 visa, as the I-130s are being done so quickly these days.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
