1-130Question #13: Has your relative( wife to be) ever been in the US? YES

She is not currently in the US.

#14: If your relative is currently in the US,complet the ff:

do i need to answer this: arrival/departure Record, date authorized stay expired or will expire.

G-325 A Form

Question: This form is submitted in connection with an application for: 1. Naturalization 2. Status as permanent resident 3. Others (specify)

Should i answer: Other: Spouse Visa?

On the I-130,since your spouse is not currently in the US,then you dont have to answer question #14

On the G-325A ..The correct answer is no.2 (Status as permanent resident)

06/27/12.Day 42.RFE evidence review email from USCIS

07/05/12.Day 50. 2nd RFE

07/31/12.Day 75.Got EAD/AP approval email...

08/06/12.Day 81. Received email Interview appointment for September

08/07/12.Day 82. Receive paper AP

08/08/12.Day 83. Received EAD card

09/05/12.Day 110.Interview.Under review

09/24/12.Day 129. GC approved

09/29/12. Day 134. GC in hand
