questions about the I-795 package

Good Morning I'm completely new to this and please bare with me.

I have my wife's I-795 form fiiled up and have copies of her conditional green card, license, rent lease from both me and my wife jointly, copies of our joint tax refunds, and health insurance. What else do i need to send? (pictures etc. what else?)

And about the affidavit it says that you need to have 3 addidavit of friends and/ or neighbors who know you and you wife since the beginning of marriage. Can I put family members too as affidavits?
