if my fiance and her kids depend on me for support do i list them under I134 question?

The following persons are dependend upon me for support ?

I am assuming you're sponsoring your fiancee for a K-1 visa and are filing the I-134 for her?

No, that question is for additional dependents you may have (such as other children). You list your fiancee in question 3 and if her children are joining her, you list them under "Name of spouse or children accompanying or following to join".
