We have our interview on Monday. One of the requirements was to pay $350 at any Citi Bank of El Salvador. My wife went today to pay it and they said if she didn't get a bill, it must have already been paid, as part of the fees I've paid to the NVC ($404 for Packet IV). Is this true? The bank teller had no clue about paying without a bill...

Any help is appreciated! Anyone have any insight, advise?

She already paid it. The fees are went down for some visas and so the amount is different.
