Made a typo on sent form i-131

So, I just mailed out my form-131 to USCIS with expedited mail today; it is going to be my second re-entry permit. They said the mail will arrive the next day at noon. However, I realized I made a mistake in the form on the date that my first re-entry permit was issued, and whether or not it is attached, lost, etc. My first permit was issued 11/08/2001, but I wrote 11/08/2011 accidentally, and on the "disposition" box, I wrote "expired". I feel like this is really going to delay the process, or possibly denied as I am real close to leaving the country. Should I call the customer service tomorrow morning and ask them to transfer my call to the specific location(1820 E. Skyharbor, Circle S, suite 100, Phoenix, Arizona) and inform them about it and perhaps have them correct it for me? Or what should be done instead? I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me an idea on what should be done. Thanks in advance.
