Appreciate your help on the below query.

Filed AOS (I-485, 1-765 and I-131) in March 2012 (for self and dependent spouse+baby)

Got the receipt notices from USCIS for self, spouse and child yesterday.

I understand that for dependants the prioritiy dates would be receipt dates. Nevertheless, for self, the I-485 shows a priority date of OCTOBER 21 2001. Isn't this really weird given the fact that my I-140 was filed in October 2011 (and approved in Feb 2012)?

Can someone please advise if this is a cause for concern? If so, what further action can I take to have this fixed?
