G-325A File Number & Alien Registration Number—Previously applied for I-129F

I am in the middle of preparing an application for a marriage visa for my wife (just married on September 27!), and I ran into two things with the G-325A that I am not sure about. On the far right of the first line, it asks for her "File Number" and provides a space with a capital A at the beginning. When I previously applied for a fiancee visa on her behalf, I put "None" in this space. However, now I'm not sure whether I should put in "None" or put in her "Applicant/Petitioner A#" from our previous fiancee visa application. Also, at the very bottom it asks for her "Alien Registration Number." Again, should I put "None," as I did previously, or should I put our "Applicant/Petitioner A#" from our previous application?

I appreciate anyone's advice on this matter. When I applied for the I-129F (which we cancelled for multiple reasons), I messed a few things up and ended up delaying the process by quite a few months with letters going back and forth between Vermont and Shanghai. I really want to make sure that I don't do that this time as well. By the way, I don't know if this information is necessary, but my wife is a Chinese citizen, and we will be applying through Direct Consular Filing, as I'm currently living in Shanghai.

hoby,

Previously your wife did not have a File or Alien Number (A#), now she does. Provide it. It should help them to locate the previous case file more quickly, and they will want to locate it.

Thanks a lot, Yodrak! What an unnecessarily confusing thing to do: call the Alien Number two different things ("File Number" and "Alien Registration Number") on the same form. Why they would ever do that is beyond me. Thanks again for helping me figure it out!
