april 2012 f2b bulletin did not move a day grabe backlog...isang reason ba d2 ang marami nagconvert from f1 to f2b?

anyone with priority date for f2b, 2004? do you have any updates, after the retrogression?

i know a friend, priority date nya, october 2004, she received a notice last year, but the problem nagkaroon ng retrogression.

ano kaya ang magiging trend this 2012, sana maging mabilis na.
