Advice on Russian Tourist Visa

I would like to acquire all the information I can from the following questions:

1. What is the price usually for a Russian international passport?

2. What is the price usually for a Russian tourist visa?

3. What documents would someone need to file in order to obtain such?

4. What is the process for obtaining such?

These are the basic questions but others will indeed follow later on but all advice is greatly appreciated and most certainly welcome. Thanks for all that will be given in response to this topic.

You don't get a Russian internal passport unless you're a permanent resident there, I think.

Depends on whether you get it yourself or through an agency. Usually about $50 or more.

Passport, invitation, a photo of yourself.

Fill out the form, send the invitation and photos. Done.
