to yudrak and other members,

Do I need an Infopass? my case was transfered to Vermont so If I will have an infopass to my local district, do you think they will have the answer since the case was transfered to Vermont?

Or I will wait for another month to hear information from Vermont? I think since my case was transfered to Vermont then they will be the one to approved it and they will be the one to verify me?

Im confused if I will go to my local disctrict then have an appointment. If I will go there and they dont have any info about my case then it was a waste of time for me because my local disctrict is far from my place. I think it would take 4 hours to drive there.

Thank you,

Filed: AOS (apr) Country: New Zealand

at this stage, by the timeline in your sig, your just in the waiting timeframe...

check the processing date at vermont although not completely accurate will give you an idea on the wait time..

you can go for months and months without case being touched.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline
