I-864 co-sponsor question

Hi,

Quick question. Can someone who has sponsored his wife's I-864 become a co-sponsor for someone else and their application?

For example, I know someone who recently applied to adjust his wife as a permanent resident. His wife has a green card now and everything is complete.

He of course is considered her sponsor. Can he apply as a co-sponsor for me? or is there a limit as to how many times one can sponsor?

No limit except for his income. His family size will be him, his wife, your wife and any children he has. As long as his income in sufficient, no problem. He needs to answer all questions honestly and disclose the previous sponsorship.
