How does one get a drivers license after arriving on K1 visa?

he never got his license while he was there, and doesn't have time now. He never really need one anyways. I'll check after we've applied for that then :) thank you !

In Michigan you can legally drive with your foreign license as long as it is valid. But I have heard that many countries in Europe charge a great deal more for a drivers license than here in most states. I have no specific data to confirm that. If it is true maybe it is just as well you waited till coming here to go for your license.
