Address on I-130 for Siblings

Hi,

I'm USC petitioning for my brothers, and I have some questions regarding form I-130:

1. Part B (Information about You): Can I put my PO box address in the "Address" area or it needs to be a physical address?

2. Part D (Other Information): "If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship" - Can I just leave this blank cuz I'm not sure about the question, and no previous petition for the same brother in this I-130 form, but there is another petition for another brother?

3. Where can I find a check list of submitted documents together with form I-130 petitioning for brothers?
