Using Infopass - Petitioner vs Beneficiary

Could anyone please offer advice about the following situation?

My name is James and I am the Petitioner. My wife, Madeleine, is the Beneficiary.

I would like to organise a USCIS field office visit using Infopass. I know exactly how to fill out their online forms when Madeleine ( the Beneficiary ) is attending the appointment. Given the way the online form is designed, it is unclear to me how to use Infopass when I alone will attend the appointment.

( 1 ) Can a Petitioner use Infopass to setup an appointment and attend the meeting without the Beneficiary present?

( 2 ) If yes then should I use my name and date of birth but Madeleines A# in the Infopass form?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
