While waiting for our NOA2, my fiance' obtained her CENOMAR a few months back and actually had an NBI Clearance To Travel before we became engaged. Is there an expiration for the CENOMAR? I don't remember seeing one when I looked at her documents on a recent visit.

Also, her NBI expires in June of this year. Of course we hope to have the Interview and depart before then. Will the US Embassy question the validity as being too near expiration even though it is still valid for departure? Thanks in advance VJers.

06/26/2013: Green Cards Received! (APs and EAD also received but not needed)

09/07/2015: RFE Response - Additional Evidence Sent

11/19/2015: Interview - APPROVED!

12/15/2016: Green Cards Issued!

National Statistics Office (NSO) does not put any expiration date on the document/s. However, end-users such as the Department of Foreign Affairs and embassies require the copy of the document/s not older than six (6) months from the date of payment.

NBI Clearance is valid up to 1 year from time of payment.
