Background Information:

I am helping my cousin, who is a US citizen, bringing her mother to US. I was filling the application and for the following question I have written (which I was told) only two locations where her mother lived locally. "30. List below all places you have lived for at least six months since reaching the age of 16, including places in your country of nationality. Begin with your present residence."

However, when my cousin's mother applied for her police certificate she reported to National Police, two other countries that she have traveled for employment which lasted more than 12 months each time. In her reporting she mistakenly reported dates she traveled in two foreign countries. Now there is discrepancy in answers I have reported in DS-230. I am out of ideas as what to do with this honest mistake in my part not checking records thoroughly before submitting the application to the USCIS. I would to get forum's help on this issue as in the past.

Thank you in advance for your help.
