hiya i got a question....

yes i filed for my wife in philippines we got married (in the philippines(in 2005. we were engaged since 2002.

i have been there to see her four times so far. but my question is this I have been previously married and then divorced... i filed her papers to become a LPR. but it didnt work out she left me for another guy... will this affect my wife's chances to get a visa? Also i'm planning to attend the interview with her in Manila will this help my chances as well? any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.....

Im sure that this has happened to other people before, I think the only thing you can do is submit the paper work and see what happens, I know this isnt much help, maybe somebody will be along shortly that has been in this situation..

As for attending the interview, from reading other posts I dont think that you will be allowed to attend the actual interview itself..
