My fiancee is from the Philippines but lives & works in Dubai, UAE. We have a scheduled interview in March for a K1 visa, in the UAE. When we applied, we also put her daughter on the 129F application but her daughter lives in the Philippines. We're planning on her to follow to join at a later date. The appointment letter from the Us embassy in UAE states, "If your children will apply with you, one copy of Form DS-156 and DS-230 for each child must be completed in full." Do we need to fill these out for her daughter & turn them into the US embassy in UAE for my fiancee's K1 interview? Her daughter will not be accompanying my fiancee now but we are confused & worried because her daughter does not have a passport yet & the forms ask for her passport number etc.
