Document Checklist Question

I am busy completing my N400 and gathering all of the required documents and have a question regarding overdue taxes. I filed "married filing jointly" with my spouse and we have some outstanding tax from 2010. We do have a payment plan set up with the IRS and MD and both are in good standing. The document checklist requests:

A signed agreement from the IRS or state or local tax office showing that you have filed a tax return and arranged to pay the taxes you owe; and

Documentation from the IRS or state or local tax office showing the current status of your repayment program.

I called the comptroller of MD as well as the IRS and they said the only thing that I can get is my monthly statement. Will that suffice or do I need to get a signed letter as well?
