Let me see if I read you. You want to expedite due to pregnancy complications and wonder if an arrest for drugs may harm your chances to come to the USA.

Regarding the pregnancy it is up to a doctor to state the urgency of the matter. You can apply for expedited processing but it ids out of your hands if it works or not.

As to the arrest, I take it that the police certificate was issues after the matter since you seen to happy that it is not listed on it. But if you are arrested it WILL show in a background check. The folks processing your papers rely on much more than a piece of paper that you deliver to them. if the incident was not listed for a specific reason, you need to know the reason. Do they consider it to be to petty to list? Was the omission in error? Is it too old? Was it never reported up the chain from where the arrest was made? Since you spent time in jail you know there will for sure be a paper trail. I think you need to find it and know all about it before an investigator finds it.
