Our petition was approved last dec2, 2011 and still no news from Nvc and uscis. We still don't know where the paper goes, we get the info pass just to talk to face to face to uscis officer regarding our case, we have our schedule Tomorrow for the uscis. Everyday we called both parties uscis and Nvc and still they don't have answer for us. I'm hoping that we can get a good news about the case. Anyone experiencing the same case with me? Thanks :)

From your timeline you received your NOA2. Your approved package should already been sent to NVC. We went through the same long wait for our petition in the summer. We were approved July 7 2011 and did not receive our MNL number until August 25th 2011. Finally I had to call USCIS and NVC raising a stink finally it worked it way through the mistakes on USCIS part. Also the time of year plays a factor in the speed it is processed. July - August is vacation time and December and January is vacation time.

Average wait time for package to be sent to USCIS to NVC is 5 -14 business days :clock: . It could take up to 30 - 60 days :clock::ranting::help: . If it takes this long, you need to speak with tier 2 supervisor with NVC and USCIS.

Thanks we already call them and sent them an email with the scanned approval! And they said the papers where still in the uscis. We try to call uscis everyday and they say that they already send it to Nvc which the Nvc send us an email tht they called uscis an the papers was still there! We tried to call the tier 2 an officer and still they don't have the real answer. So we decided to make an appointment for info pass in uscis just to know what's happening on our case. I hope this time we can get the answer.

That also happened to us. Both mine and my son's case were approved at the same time at USCIS, Dec. 16th. Two days after, NVC got my case already. It took a few more weeks for my son's case to get thru NVC even though we were approved at the same date. My husband sent an email to NVC Research with an attached scanned copy of the NOA-2 of our child in January. Two days after that, we were given the case number for our son.
