Hi, good evening everyone. I am about to email the I-864 to the NVC now, ( i put off the process since my husband lost his job, he got a new one now).I got 2 questions here:

(1) We plan to do the join support, me and my husband. So i need I-864 and I-864A, is this correct?

(2) For the form DS230, the instruction page said that i need all the original document. But we are doing the eletric process, do i need to mail all my dad original civil documents or i can just scan the civil document? I am confused... :help:

Thank you so much for the answer.

Hi there,

1- Correct you are the primary sponsor so I-864 and your husband the co-sponsor from the same household I-864A

2- I'm not 100% sure on this one but for what I understand all the documents should be original ones so is best you give a call to NVC and double check with them.

Good Luck
