What is the best way to fill out the employment history for G-325A, for the beneficiary living in the Philippines, without remembering complete information of the last 2 years? We have all the information for the first 3 years. Example: Have dates of employment as a live-in family cook for a British family in Manila, Philippines, (Can't remember family name or street address). How should the residence info be listed for this time?
