Hi Everyone, quick question - I'm the USC, when submitting the I-130 to the Manila US Embassy to petition my filipina wife does she have to accompany me to the embassy or can I do it alone? (we're still in the process of renewing her passport and I'm not sure if they would let her in without a valid passport). Thanks :)
