My husband's interview is coming up and doing some last minute document preparations.

I have just received my W-2 for 6/11-12/11 that I plan on taking to the interview (I am USC). The issue is, I've had the same job all of 2011, but the company I work for used two different payroll services. I haven't received the W-2 for the first half of the year, and won't before my husband's interview.

I also have a letter of employment (Eng/Spa) but I wanted to show my W-2s!

We have a cosponsor (past 3 years a little iffy for me), but I really made way more than enough to support my husband last year and want to show it!

Am I worrying over something that is not even an issue? Will it be an issue that my employment letter says I've worked at the same company/job over a year but there are two separate W-2s?

Or should I just compromise, print out recent pay stubs and show letter?

hello, at this point i think you will only need 2010 tax info, if you have 2011 taxes done then it is good, but really they are going to look at your 2010 1040 and w2's , i hear that the embassy will start requiring 2011 tax paper until after april 15, the letter of emloyment is vital, and like chula said all the last paystub help.
