Help Please!

Hello vj First time on here and I have a very bad experience. Today I had my Intervie with my wife at the santo domingo consulate. We got an awful person with an awful attitude we took everything we needed and more. She only look at the pics and stated that she didnt believe the marriage was real, she denied our visa and said lack of proof and that our case is being sent back to uscis. what happens now_ im so confused and bummed how much longer will it take

Well, it will take maybe a month to be sent back to USCIS or more.....and then you will have to go through a process to appeal that decision. Do you have any idea why they thought is was not a genuine marriage?And DR is extremely strict....they have been really putting their foot down lately

we were both present she said are answers werent quite the same. we have csall logs for over a year emails pictures everything I dont know nor understand. How long does the appeal take

Yea...unfortunately, they rely more on the answers to the questions than on evidence. On my husbands interview, I had every type of evidence imaginable and they did not look at anything except my passport. If the answers were incorrect, then they will assume that you did not have a legit marriage.
