hi everyone :help:

we just mailed our AOS packet two weeks ago, it was received on 9/19. Our checks were cashed 9/21, but we have not received our I797's for these applications. Today we received a Biometrics appointment letter that has two of our receipt numbers listed so I could check them (all case status report said is that the applications were received and we would be notified further, etc.). But we still don't have the third receipt number or the I797 NOAs...

has anyone else had this problem (i'm mostly concerned something might get lost in the mail)? it has not been 30 days or however long you are supposed to wait before calling, but i thought it was odd to receive the biometrics appointment before the first NOAs...

any help would be greatly appreciated at this point

that is a bit weird, I've been away from the forums for awhile so I don't know if it's happened to other people but I would probably just wait until the 30 days are up and call. You don't have to have them this second (you just need the appt letter for biometrics I think).
