1-My US citizen husband doesnt work but he is always the main sponsor. His mom that lives in the same house as us will be the join sponsor. So she has to fill a I-864A since she lives in the same house although the Sponsor makes no money? It's not like joining their Annual income because my husband hasn't received any yet. Does his mother still file a I-864A?

2-Also my husband doesnt have his birth certificate with him. Is his passport enough? Can he send a photocopy of every page on his Passport as evidence in the i-130 package?

3-Also. Do I write a cover letter including I-130, I-485 and I-765 or do I write 3 separate cover letters?

4-It will all go in the same envelope but in different packages? How do I distribute the packages? With a paper clip? If not. what then?

5-Also should I send two checks: one 1070$ and one 420$ or

One check: 1490$ ?

6--How many passport pictures of me should I send and how many G-325 should I send?

7- Does one of the G-325 that I send for the I-130 have to say "this form is submitted in connection to: Other - for I-130". And on the I-485's G-325 "Status as permanent resident"? Or do I select "Status as permanent resident in all of them even the one for the I-130?

8-Also my birth certificate was issued recently since in my country they dont give it at birth but they give us a personal record book which states the same things that are in the birth certificate.Should I provide copies of this too?

Thank you so so much =)

I only can answer few but here we go.

3. You can make one cover letter for the very first page listed all the forms and supporting documents. And this is what I did for my package.

4. I'm not so sure what you mean by 'It will all go in the same envelope but in different packages?'

You simply organize all the papers in an order to your cover letter and put everything all together in a Letter sized envelope.

I only used paper clip for 1)his pay stubs and 2)my foreign birth certificate with translation

5. Alot of people on this forum say make 2 seperate checks. one for I-130 and another for I-485. I made an money order for myself and I had to break down into 3 since they won't let me make anything bigger than $1000. But if you're writing a check it wouldn't be a problem.

6. If you're also filing AP and EAD, I think you need to send total of 8.

7. I just wrote down 'I-130' for I-130 and 'I-485' for I-485. Didn't explain the whole title.

These are the few thing I can answer. More experienced member can help you! Good luck!
