Hi VJs... we just want to post this topic here, this is regarding my child and will be following me before 1 year

expiration of my k1 visa issuance, what are the documents that my child will bring in going to the USEmbassy Manila .

for interview and what are the documents that my child (who is below 18 years old) shows in going to St. Luke Medical Center.

will the child get CFO seminar to stamp the passport before departure to the US?

Your answers will be highly appreciated. Thanks guys in advance.

My wife's daughter came with her, so I can't really answer your questions from experience. I think the documents would be the same ones as required if the child came with you, and no CFO stamp is needed. See the guides on VJ. However, I just wanted to say that I know someone recently with problems bringing a K-2 child to the US to follow because they won't let the child leave without an adult, or maybe even a parent. I think they have to fly back to Manila to get the child. Are you planning on doing this as well? If not, maybe there's another way. I don't know. If you don't know, you should research it. I would hate for this same thing to happen to you.
