I wish the administrators could make changes and allow ppl that were in AP to include when the AP process was over. It would give those that are currently in administrative processing some insight in how many days/months or even years to expect to wait-gain some sanity and peace throughout this process.

Just a request/thought. Anyone agree?

On another note, I called DOS and asked the representative how often do they (meaning consulate) update their system, she replied, "every Tuesday." I now will just call every Tuesday, instead of any random day of the week.

Are you in AP? When was your interview? What reason was given for putting you into AP?

Interview experience?

I am not personally in AP, but my fiance is, which makes me think "we" are in AP. The reason they gave us was they needed to additional processing. The CO said our paperwork and interview was all fine, and that my fiance should expect the AP to be done in two weeks to a little over a month (at most), but it has now been three months. I am assuming it is name checks, but who knows!
