how do we know whether they assigned new case number. I talked to operator, i gave case number starts with mdr. I dont know if they assigned new case number.

First of all, give them your MDR case number, and after that, you have to ask them to give your new case number. They may not tell you the new case number unless you ask them. New Case number will start from BMB.

Operatorr told like, Case Number is not changed yet, will be changing.

And they said no information of case complete, once the review is complete only ,their system will be updated. My packet IV is delivered on Dec 6th

Seems like they will update your new case number once they have completed your case.

Call them on Tuesday evening to check the status of your case.

I called the NVC & they said its in the last stage of the processing > Hoping i get the interview date for FEb atleast. Also, do you know how much it would cost for the medicals at Mumbai ? Thanks

I dont know the exact cost for medicals.

Keep the pocket around up to 5k. It is better to call to medical center for its fee.
